Westminster Mutual (Fire) Insurance Company came into existence on November 18, 1857. Since its inception it has understood local needs in small towns, rural areas and larger urban centres. Westminster Mutual works in conjunction with police and fire departments in our community to acquire the information needed to aid in that education.
Westminster, established in 1857, is the second oldest mutual insurance company in Ontario
Over 150 years ago, a small group of farmers in the Township of Westminster established a company to insure each other against fire risks when they could not obtain insurance elsewhere.

She was able to supply construction paper, tissue paper, glue, felt, pipe cleaners, paper bags, and paper plates. We are proud to support programs like this in our community!
